Turns out 1st gear and N2O dont mix....
no I didnt blow it up so you all know. However 1st gear and N2O just dont mix, pop back and ignition cut off right before 2nd (bouncing off rev limiter). This could seriously hurt my 1/4 mile time if I cant hit it as fast as possible.... so my solution is to make 1st gear as short as possible while still shifting into second and being at around 3000rpm (in 2nd). Would a shift kit do this? If I get one im going with TransGo plus I have the technology to reprogram the transmission shift points so it could work.
