It's the Water Pump

Thanks to you who helped me diagnose the water pump problem. Sounds like the bearing in the impellar is going (tapping) but no leak yet from seal. Replacing the pump Wednesday.

Couple of questions. Is it true that with a block of wood (2X6) placed under the oil pan that you can safely lift the engine the 3-4 inches needed to get the WP pulley off? It won't hurt the oil pan?
Also, as I look at my Haynes manual, it looks like there is one front engine mount (next to the strut bushing) and two rear mounts. Is there another front one I am missing?
