1992 Grand Marquis Power Steering Box Question = HELP!!

I have a preety bad power steering leak.
I replaced the power steering lines. There are no leaks there at all.

I can see the leak is coming from the ball stud.
My question is:

Can the ball stud seal be changed in the steering box?
