Won't start

2002 Rendezvous. Wife called and said car wont' start. When she gets in everything works, radio, dome lights, etc. Not a dead battery. When she turns the key, nothing happens. Any advice? Thanks.

Found the problem to be a bad wire at the starter/solenoid. all fixed!!
