brake/fuel line corrosion

I hope this helps some of you guys, I have a 97 LS 125K runs nice I have done all the common repairs, you guys know them so I don't need to list them. I have had a problem that I haven't seem much about, I had corroded fuel lines a year ago that broke and yesterday the brake line in the same area failed. the lines run along the frame and are pinched up along the fuel tank. This truck is in mint shape run it through the car wash twice a month. You can't keep this area clean because of how close the fuel tank is. When you drop the tank todo the fuel pump, check out those lines.

thanks
Jkdon
