2002 Toyota Echo, Headlight adjustment???

My 2002 Toyota Echo does not appear to have the normal headlight adjustment screws to set in-out or up-down. Any suggestions?

oh? but my 2002 IST got automatice adjustment on dashboard.

Thanks Dennis, but I have an Echo, and am trying to make the headlight adjustment that is normally done at the light with two setscrews. If you or anyone else can expound on this I would certainly appreciate it.
