96 Head Gasket - Removing Intake Manifold?

Never had to dig into my 2.2L as far as this before and now I'm stuck trying to get the intake manifold off the engine so I can replace the head gasket. There's a fuel line and one incredibly hard to get to bolt preventing me from getting this thing off and saving the cost of a dealer visit.

Anyone know how to get the bastard passenger side bolt off the intake manifold? There's a sleeve around it that makes getting a nut on it impossible. No reaching it from the bottom either, no room for a wrench to swing in that tiny space so it has to be a socket of some kind.

Any suggestions on how to move the fuel line out of the way far enough to reach the other bolts? It looks like it should just pop out of its bracket and swing away.
