Xsara heater Matrix

Hello , just wondering if anyone can help. Just recently bought a xsara 1.9 td. the heater matrix is leaking ! Joy !
I can get them no problem ( 30 squid )

Fitting it ? Well.....

I know where it is but it seems i have to remove the complete dash !
Surely not ?
Do i ?

If so i can only manage to find a handful of screws ( mainly along the bottom of the dash. I can get the glovebox etc off ( dont i sound sad )

The dash on the other hand is a nightmare !

I can not locate anywhere along the top ( or middle )
which is attached but it is solid !

Can anyone shed some light ppplease !

Thanks guys .
