Egr
when the egr valve is stuck open, is it usually because of carbon build up or is it because of the transistor.
I was just wondering because if its build up id rather try and clean it then buy a new one for a buck seven

carbon build up can be one of the causes; wouldn't hurt to pull it off and check it out making sure it's not fouled.
