84 Prelude gas leaking from carb area

Hi everyone. OK...first of all, I'm a sucker for preludes. Not a "mechanic", but am pretty good at R&R for a girl. So forgive me if I use the wrong terminology. I bought this hooptie at auction a year ago. Didn't run. I found a bad fuse link and broken wire. Fixed that & it started right up, but discovered fuel pouring out of carburetor. Was afraid of fire so left it sitting the past year. I am ready to do something with it, so I need some help. I took off the air cleaner cover (side draft) and started it up. YEA, still runs! There are two small tubes side by side on upper right side of outer carb housing. The one on the extreme right is where the gas is coming out. I have looked at pics of exploded views of carb area, but don't know what these are, or what they are supposed to do. If anyone has any idea what I am talking about, please give me some input. Would LOVE to get this little jewel on the road. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated. Thanks
