blown head gasket?
well i jus checked my coolant today n it was really low, lately its been blowin out excessive white smoke, do u guys think its a blown head gasket? it didnt loose coolant that bad before, and the temp hasnt changed any, every thing else seems to be fine except for the excessive white smoke, i plan to sell my truck soon and really wasnt this to happen i can do the job myself but im not wantin to put all this money into it to sell it, so i wanna make sure i kno what it is.

Well what year is it? It could be just the lower intake if it is like a 95-98, They typically had probs. with lower intake gaskets. But what you really need to do it do a compression check on the engine and a leakdown test on the coolant system.

its a 1990 with a 91 engine in it, i go to a vocational school so i can use the tools there and figure it out, thanks for the advice
