problem removing the rear speakers

Hi im trying to put new speakers in the back of my 98 GP and I am having a lot of difficulty removing the casing around the speaker in the back. I simply have no idea how it is in there and it wont budge. I looked for screws, etc. but cannot find any clue as how to remove it. Any links of this similar topic or help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Nate
