1966 T-Bird No Heat

My 66, 390cid has no heat, blower motor works good, coolant level good,vent doors closed, temperature lever set to Max, selector set to heat but no heat. Can anyone help?

Check the temp of both heater hoses. If one is a lot hotter then the other one then heater core is blocked.
