fuel cut out light

[color=black][font=lucida console][size=3]I ran my 91 tracer out of gas. I replaced the gas but when i try to start it the "fuel cutout" dash light comes on. How do I fix it? How do I get it to start? It is fuel injected. Any suggestions? Thanks.
