i need help bad

when i press the gas in first second and third gear it runs good but then 4 o 5 gear the cars get like if u were pressing the brakes i dont know how to xplain like if jumps something like that and if i let go the gas a lil bit it goes back to normal and if i hold it down and press more when the turbo reach the max the car doesnt do that no more
