heater / AC fan replacement 95 4 Runner

I have a 95 4 Runner that I love. Bought it at 25K miles and now have over 150K. Nothing has ever broken on this truck, excpet routine expect items such as brakes, exhaust, tires at the usual intervals.

The problem I have is the heater AC fan motor. When I tunr it up beyond low I get a deep thundering noise/vibration that even in the high setting appears to impact the electical works in the truck.

Thinking of replacing the fan myself. Can anyone give me an idea of how tough a job it would be and/or what a typical dealer would charge?
