85 Olds Cutlass Ciera

Hello All, I Know Some One Who Is Selling This Car For 75.00 Bucks. She Just Wants To Get Rid Of It. She Says All It Needs Is The Ignition Module. She Also Said That The Part It Self Is Like 150.00. Yet When I Called A Parts Stor They Told Me It Costs 17.00. The Car Is Fuel Injected, I Beleive It Is The 3.0 V6. Im Just Trying To Figure Out Where Is The Ignition Module And What Is The Correct Price For This Part?!!?!?!?! The Car Has New Brakes, Brake Lines, Gas Tank And Just Passed The Emmisions Testing. It Would Be A Perfect Beater For Me If It Is An Easy Fix. Thankx Everyone. Have A Great Thanksgiving.

The ignition module is inside the distributor.
Remove the distributor cap and rotor, and its right there.
The module should be no more than $35.
That $150 price probably included installation.
