Cant change the temperature on the AC/Heater
On my '96 Ranger, I cannot change the temperature. Last night, I replaced the dial inside the ac/heater panel thinking that is the problem. I purchased the dial straight from Ford Motors. Anyhow, after installing it, it still would not change. It's stuck on cold and will not turn to warm when I turn the dial in that direction.

need to check the hot/cold valve. not sure where it is on your truck but it's in the heater hose from motor to cab. some are by passenger side firewall and some are under passenger side dash.
