How do I measure????

I need to know how to measure the bolt pattern (lugs) of my 2003 blaze. Does anyone know how? Do I measure from the center of one to the center of the next one? Or if someone know the measurment please let me know. I'm looking at some wheels on ebay and I need to know if they will fit.

Thanks

The pattern should be 5 x 4.75" (120.65mm). the 4.75" dimension is the diameter of the lug pattern.
