Service Soon Vs Check Engine

Today my 2003 Cavalier Service Soon light came on.

It has 132,000 miles on it.

It is not until I take the car out of park that I hear a relay click about 6 times and then the Service soon comes on.

How do you find out what causeing the Service Soon indiator to light

My OBD II Tool doesn't indicate any problems

Thanks

Mine (2001 BTW) turns off on its own after 200-500 miles. I know its a pretty broad range, but I cant remember right now. Also, it doesnt turn on exactly every 3000 miles, just kind of a ball park deal.
