Unhappy 1991 Plymouth Voyager 3.3l V6....Not running

Hello, I am a owner of a 1991 Plymouth voyager and for some reason will not start. I recently had a new Ignition put in and it ran fine then one day( of course it happened when my wife put in a full tank of gas) it would not start up. This has been sitting for almost a month now and I dont know what to do. When I turn on the ignition key I hear the fuel pump turn on and when I crank it, its trying to start but does not. I really dont want to take it somewhere and have them charge me like $300 just to drop the tank, dont have the cash right now. Dont know what else to say but I would like to get it on the road again. I think someone mentioned that there are 2 fuel filters??? I looked underneath and there appears to be one on the drivers side in some kind of enclosure and I would assume that the other one is in the engine compartment. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

I don't think that the problem is the fuel filters. Try this, purchase a can of starting fluid. Spray it into the throttle body and try to start it. If it starts you have a fuel pump issue either the pump itself or the fuel pressure regulator. If the van does not start then you need to look at the ignition system. I am not sure if the 91 has the ignition resistor or not but that may be your problem. Otherwise try the ignition module. Good Luck!

I'll try that. I just put a new filter on it today and for some reason when I turn the key I cannot hear the fuel pump turn on.....But it has before. I will let you know what I find out. Thanks

Angry Re Fuel issue

Well, I put on the new filter and nothing, put some starter fluid in the air intake, ran for a sec or 2 and died. So I belive my issue is with the fuel pump. I am going to sell the van. Tried to salvage it but not going to put the $$$ to fix it, just put a $240 ignition 2 wks before it stopped running. Time for the money pit to go. Thanks again for the assistance.
