So I just felt like lettin everyone know that I was sittin at the shop today gettin some snacks for tonight. Well I get back outside to find like 10 ppl standing around my car. Some bitch had backed into my car and fucked the whole right front side of my car up! So Im talkin to the lady that did it. She's an old african woman. Can barely understand what she's sayin and guess what ... She dont have insurance! So now I have to claim it under my insurance bec she dont have the money to pay for it. Tell me how fucked up this situation is. AHHHH!

Sounds like when I got hit by a drunk driver back in september. No insurance, ran from the scene and no source of income.
Be sure your insurance company doesn't try to raise your rates over her mistake though.

Your insurance companie should cover the damages, and sue her for the cost of repairs. She shoudl be taken off the road, how the fuck do you drive around with no insurance on the car?

Well Turns out she's rich and she's payin to get everything fixed. Go the estimate today. They wont just spray the fender and the door bec they wont be able to match the paint. So they have to repaint the whole car.

Yeah she was a little upset that they repair center couldnt match the previous paint so they had to spray the whole car and it costs like 600 more than just doin the fender and door. But I guess she'll just have to get over it wont she?
