RT to TT swap VS TT

I'm really sorry if this has been mentioned before, I'm new.
Anyway, I have a 93 Stealth RT and I'm thinking about either trying to get a RT/TT or do a TT engine and tranny swap. The question is which will be faster. The swapped car will way less, but the TT has AWD. This would be the same if it was the 3000GT.

Read the FAQ, you know..the part that says "READ BEFORE POSTING"...

but since i'm here already, ill ask you a question. Is it quicker to just buy a car, or build one?

Re: RT to TT swap VS TT

I think he ment which will be faster as in speed, not completion time. The TT swap will be faster from a roll, an AWD TT will be faster from a dig.

Yes I did. Thanks. I did read that. I did a quick search, but there are a lot of posts that this could have been in.
