Re: chest fat

I wouldn't try to build up your pecs. Only do incline presses and no decline. At least that might build up the top of your chest and even the mess out. How big of a problem is this. errr, what's your cup size?

Re: chest fat

Sorry if I was mean. It wasn't intentional, just instinctive. The chest and abs just take time to lose off of. keep working on your cardio and eat right and I think that your mammo's will disapear eventually. Dunno though. I know that there is surgery for this problem. Don't ever recommend surgery unless it is for your health though. You are better off just getting used to the way you look.

Re: chest fat

i don't need any help with my pecs or my abs. i have a 6 pac and well defined pecs. i work out 3 days a week (run 2 miles on tuesdays and fridays and go to the weight room on thursdays) but it's just this spot that wont go away no matter how many pushups i do or how many pounds i can bench.

Re: chest fat

That's not alot of cardio. Try to do cardio on days you are lifting also. And do like an hour of it. 2 miles of running may be difficult, but you would be better off riding a bike(indoor or out) for an hour at a reasonable pace one of the days and an eliptical trainer for the one of the other workouts. This assumes that you have access to the machines. How long does it take you to run the two miles??? If you are covering the distance quickly, you are not giving your body a chance to really burn the fat that you are trying to get rid of on your chest.

Re: chest fat

i do all my working out in physical fitness class so i have to do it real quick so i usually take about 30 to 40 mins to run the miles and i have no access to machines, i can only use barbells and dumbells in the school weight room.

join wrestling... it just started

????

wrestling requires some of the best stamina, and idk about ur school's program but most of them work on conditioning a lot... not to mention it helps you in fights

just an idea...

is the "fat" fat or skin? there is a difference..

if the skin is stretched and isnt shrinking from when you were "fat" sergury might be required to get the look you want

Re: chest fat

I'm not a doctor but learning about medecine is a hobby of mine. I suscribe to Mayo Clinic and in one article I remember reading about a medical condition in men in which they have enlarged breasts. I'll check with a doctor about this if I were you.
