Re: speedometer

replace guage cluster, or vehicle speed sensor(should be on the tranny)

i have the same problem in my 1994 sentra xe. the odometer quit working also, so did the dash light. i was told it had a speedometer cable, but it took the gauges out an no speedometer cable, nor was there a spot for one. i have worked on many older cars that did use the speedometers such as my opels. but where is the speed sensor located on the tranny>? by the way the car is a 5 spd. (fifth is burnt out by the way, if that matters)
