cold air intake for SL
hey yall, i wanted to put a cold air intake for my SL, i could just settle for a short ram.......but why? my car has the abs lines running through the hold where the cold air would fit nicley in, and i dont wanna mess with abs, eh. it looks like theres another path the the front passenger side slit in the bottom bumper. but i just wanna know if anyone else out there had this same problem, and what they did to solve it. i might have to bend my own pipe, or do they make a kit, thanks yall, peace out.
frank the tank ....still need valve seals....dam yous

Racedreamz motorsports on ebay... they make a full- CAI.... you have to cut the hole where the fuse box is, enlarge that and the CAI will fit down into the fender... it didn't really fit into mine... but that's b/c of the intake plenum sits different on the SOHC then the DOHC... though you're honestly not gonna get much more hp outta a full CAI then a short-ram...

an intake is an intake. Save yourself some money and get a $30 short ram off ebay.
