99 Jetta hesitates 1st start of day
1999 Jetta GL 4cyl gas. 1st start of the day, it hesitates to start, but always does after about 4 seconds. After the initial start, no problem for the rest of the day unless it sits for around 8 hours. My wife drives the car and I just want to fix the problem before she gets stuck with a car that doesn't start!

get a fuel induction service. I am sure the intake and valves are pretty carboned up.
