mini me d15b2

i wanna mini me...i have a few questions about it.
1) approximately how much is it going to cost me...and be real
2) do i need to do mpfi first?
3) i will need a new distributer?
4) IM gonna need a new ecu and modify the wire harness? or can i hook vtec up to a switch and find another way to manage fuel
5) do i sound like a total idiot right now?
6) all i ever find is a6 block write ups online...never d15b2 blocks so not knowing a lot about engines and modifying them i need a little help so please be patient with me.

thanks guys ... if anyone could provide a website or maybe some major things i need to know i would appreciate it.

Re: mini me d15b2

I would deff switch to MPFI first if not atleast at the same time. As far as price it depends on what you want.
