1994 GTP Won't start, help

Car wont turn, no signs of power whatsoever, no cranking/clicking/dim lights, car ran fine, then wouldnt start again when stopped, tried to jumpstart the car but nothing happened. all grounds seem to be in place and I am stumped, any ideas, from reading I see something about a PCM problem? any ideas?

Take both battery cables off and check to see if they are corroded, or if either post on the battery itself is loose or leaking acid. If the side post is leaking acid, it's broken inside and the battery is junk. Also check voltage at the battery to see if it's dead. Voltage should be 12.6-13.2 with the key off and 14.8-16.2 with the car running. If voltage is lower than the above readings, either the battery is shot or the charging system isn't working.
