Z24 wont start after reaching operating temp

My 95 cav z24 runs great on the way to work or the way home, but when I get home, running back out to the gas station usually ends up with me pushing the car back home. It acts like it is flooding out after I shut it off. When I restart it, it reuns up to normal RPM's, but then it slowly acts like its getting too much fuel. In an unrelated problem, I just changed the coils, the coil cover, the spark plug boots, and the spark plugs, and fixed the rough idling problem it had, but this new problem has found me with no budget to trial and error, and little patience as well. Any ideas from thgose who know or those who have had the same experience would be greatly appreciated.
