what year? I would get a throttle body, cold air intake, cat back exhaust and a Jet chip stage 2. All depends on what year you drive though

Throttle body; throttle-body spacer; K&N air intake (preferably complete air intake system), a MAP adjuster, cat back exhaust and/or headers; distributor rotor and cap, coil, and plug wires. Except for the headers you can probably do it all for under $1000 if you diy.
Consider complete bolt on set ups like the Turbo City kit or XJ-Armor bodies and spacers, and the Performance Distributors Firepower Ignition kit (depending on your year model). That's the short list :-)
