1980 F-150, 351 V-8, auto trans. My heater blower motor only runs on high. My question is the blower motor resistor replaceable just by itself? (without having to replace the motor) And, is the resistor located on or inside the motor , or is it located somewhere else ? Thanks a bunch.

the resistor is replaceable by its self.it i am correct it is on the inside the truck under the dash on the heater box.there is 2 screws 7 or 8 mm holding it on.it should have a square plug going to it.
