They changed templates. I liked the old style a lot better. They even took the vehicle info out of everyone's profiles...... that sucks, it's going to make it a lot more important for people to include vehicle info in their posts.

They updated the forum, it will take time for them to get everything back to normal.

It was having some database problems for a while now.

Seeing there was some recent upgrades to MySQL upgrading to version 5, there are some additional upgrades that are needed.

Several times the forums would not load at all.

In the long run this will be a good thing once they unlock the addition functionality.

Re: Page resized , WHY!!!!!!

You sure the vB software was upgraded? Igor stated that would occur later this week. Plus, it is showing as vB 3.0.0 Beta 5.

It is definitely in the midst of upgrading for sure.

I just did this myself to my forums for more performance.

Re: Page resized , WHY!!!!!!

I'm very familiar with vB, php and mysql. I understand they are in the process of upgrading, and Igor stated it would happen later this week, but the software is showing as vB 3.0.0 right now.

It is a computer and gaming based site.

You still want the address?

They might have had a complete overall corruption of some sort and are cleaning the slate in order to apply the updates to a fresh VB install.

Smart idea really, better applying the updates to a good install than one that might have pooched itself.
