New Car input

I was looking at new cars today. Because i've payed off college, and i've payed off my credit card bills. I came across a 2004 Cavalier with a 5 speed. It's that rusty or burnt orange color. I haven't test drove it yet. But it has a price of $9k for it with 33k miles. What do you all think.

It is in really nice condition. Basically, what do you think I could get out of my car if i were to sell it privately? I think I asked this before, but my ADD kicked in or short memory loss thing.

Re: New Car input

its hard to say alot of people will tell you the mods don't increase the selling price because noone wants to buy a car like that so they wont pay extra, but if you find the right buyer you could probably get a higher price for it, as for the actual price i dont know sorry

Re: New Car input

I would take the obivious off/out of your car. Stereo system, rims, tailights. Put the stock things back on and sell the car. Then sell the tailights and put the rims and stereo on your new one.

Re: New Car input

I sold my stereo system already for $500....i paid 700 for it over a year ago. But I was aiming more towards the high school kids, becuase I get kids that come up to me at work and tell me they want my car.

KBB value is at $10,575 for this one. I'm sure I wouldn't be able to get much out of my car for trade in. It is in excellent condition though. I'd leave on my euros on the tails and the corners. Because I busted my stock ones. $3k for trade in on my car according to KBB.

Re: New Car input

My driver front rim has a bad curb damage mark. I am so pissed. I was pulling up in front of my gg's house, and pulled up to the curb, on the wrong side of the street. She lives at a dead end. Well i pulled a little to close to the curb and could hear the metal scrape the curb. I get out and a flippin yelled the f word as loud as i could.

Re: New Car input

Ok today was the first snow then freeze. I didn't have time to take off my rims and put my stock steels back on. Now when i'm driving down the road at like 35 or more, I feel a wobble. More so at higher speeds. Whats causing this?

did you put the rims back on exactly where they were before you took them off?? like the one that was on the front driver side, did you put it back on the front driver side, and so on....
