Help getting oil pan off a 89 prelude

I have a 89 prelude 2.0SI 5spd. I just got my oil changed and somehow the bolt won't tighten it just keeps spinning so i came to the conculusion the metal peice that the threads are threaded on broke off the inside of the pan so is there any way to fix this besides taking off the oil pan and welding it back on (or getting a new oil pan)? If there is no other solution what all is nessesary to take off the oil pan, my heads run under it so could i juts unbolt them from the exhaust manifold and drop them down or do i have to take off my whole exhaust assembly and do i need to remove anything else? Thanks for any help
