help! wiring prob.?

have a 97' civic lx sedan, my front left parking light won't work and my back left car brake won't work...

i know the bulbs are fine cuz my blinker works in the front, and my parking light turns the back brake on and it works, i checked the fuses, the fuses look fine?, and the bulbs obviously work cuz they work for other uses, it's pissing me off, anyone run into the same problem or have a solution?

Replace the bulbs.

yah those bulbs are dual filament.
