2003 T&C Blower is stuck on high!

My 2003 T&C blower for the climate control goes on high as soon as the car is started. The controls inside of the car do not change the blower speed and it stays on high as long as the car is running. Any ideas?

Sounds like the blower resistor is shot , seems to be a fairly common problem on all Chrysler minivans.

i think the resister is about 50bucks or so.

I replaced mine in 2 minutes. Take everything out of your glove box, gently squeeze the sides of the glove box to free the glove box stops, and bingo it's right there in front of you. Disconnect the harness plug, and a couple of screws, then pull it out. Take it to the dealer, because you can't get them anywhere else yet. The dealer wanted 195.00 to replace mine, and I think the part was only 50.00.
