lifter clater 0 oil pressure

Problum started while driving down Highway. all at once oil pressure droped like a pump shaft brobe or oil very low. stoped an checked oil it was full so i parked it for a few days started up and pump went to giving pressure again drove around block pump stoped again parked it again for a few days. restarted and again pump had good pressure. Is it possable That something is in the oil pan covering pickup screen after i drive it a while? if so i guess ill have to pull oil pan. I do all my own oil changes an filters. and only use haveoline 10W40. I seen this done once on An older model ford where we had to clean out the return holes on the heads. but that was using cheap oil and they never changed it just added. mine are clean. any thing i can do except pulling the oil pan. thank you
