slp close off panel

does it make a difference if you put the close of panel on the slp intake because i didnt put it on and how do you put it on

If so, then yea, it does make a difference if you don't put it on. It's designed to keep the warm air from the engine bay away from the intake filters, so you can get more cold air in. It's not a huge difference, but if you're nit picky like me then I would put it on. And putting it on is simple, you slide it on the the intake pipes, put the filters on, then push the whole thing back down in place.
