UPDATE:91 Regal spit sputter stall

After all the advice, and taking it all in, I only replaced the cam sensor for the problem, and it was fixed. As far as the speed sensor,I replaced it the other day,and not only did it not fix the speedo it had no baring on the performance.
That code 43 for the knock sensor and the code 24 for the speed sensor(VSS) is void and null. GM did not go into great detail on their codes when you stop to think about it???????? It's their way of saying( Send it to us,so we can charge you out the A$$) and then put on all new parts, not knowing exactly which one fixed it.
My SUGGESTION is,if you get a code 24 Speed sensor or code 43 for the knock sensor.REPLACE THE CAM SENSOR FIRST. TRUST ME. I PAID FOR SEVERAL SCANS AND EVERYONE TOLD ME IT'S THE SPEED SENSOR AND CRANK SENSOR,after reading all the post,if you look closely,it all seems to windup being the CAM SENSOR.
P.S. The speed sensor code came about because my speedo stopped working, after futher evaluation,it seems it will be my computerized dash.
Being the speed sensor did not fix it.

GOOD LUCK

Problem here is these codes don't say to replace the parts it means circuit and components in the operation of these systems need checking, not just shotgun parts repalcement. There are thorough diagnostic trouble trees available to solve these codes properly, saving unecessary random parts replacement.
