1996 blazer missing and low coolant temp

My 96 blazer is running rough, especially when cold. Did a tune up, changed air and fuel filet. Pulled MAF and cleaned off sensor. still runs rough, especially when cold. really bogs bad, almost dies unless i let off the gas.

The other thing is my coolant gauge only show about 120 when fully warm. scanned the computer and it show about 190-195 at that gauge reading. Changed the temp sensor and temp sender.

Gas mileage really sucks. Getting about 12 mpg.

HELP!!!

Did you check your fuel pressure reading? You should have around 60 to 65psi at the check valve.
