Now I got the 2 back out, the dome lights are real dim and they all go on and off together. The radio and dash info center are not working at all and are completely off. When you open a door, the domes are dim and there is a constant clicking/ticking from the area of the fuse block, till the door is shut and begins again as soon as the door is open again and stays ticking as long as the door is open.
The overheads do not go on when the doors are open, only the lights under the dash and my power door locks no longer work.
What maybe wrong?
Also, how do you remove the overhead console to check for loose wires or switches?
PLEASE HELP ME.......

I think I may have found the solution to this issue. My '95 GC was having the same issue, and it turned out to be a fuse in the interior fuse block. This is located on the right side of the dash. You have to open the passenger door to see it. Pull off the plastic cover and there are several fuses.
Mine happened to be fuse #8, which was blown. This is the fuse that gives "always hot" power to the radio, courtesy door lights, dome lights, power door locks, Image Display below the AC/Heater controls, and I'm sure a few other things. I think the reason that almost everything still worked, but at different times was because the power was working in conjunction with the power going through fuse #8. Since it was out, all the power was coming from the other end and couldn't supply enough to do all the things it was supposed to at the same time(i.e. dome lights getting dimmer the more that were on, and not coming on when the door was open).
Anyway, I would check your fuses. Yours might be a different number because its a different year, but I'm sure that one of them is probably out. Also, when found, make sure the fuse you replace it with is the correct size for that socket. By this I mean the fuse I found blown was a 7.5A, but when I looked in my manual I noticed it said it was supposed to be a 15A, which is probably why is blew in the first place. I don't know if the person before me put that in or if it came from the factory that way, but in any case, it was wrong. So make sure you put the correct fuse in its place, even if its different than the one you pulled out.
As soon as I put in the new 15A fuse everything worked perfectly again. Hopefully this helps you out.
