Question new driver...need help

I have a 92 dodge shadow, what kind of battery is best for it?

Generally batteries are batteries. Any decent auto parts place can set you up with a battery specifically intended for your car that will work fine.

Usually the more expensive batteries have longer warranties but are not actually different inside.

The expected lifespan of a battery is about 5 years.

IMO the best batteries are AC-Delco, (a General Motors brand. ) But you will be fine with any brand sold by a rebutable auto parts place.

i d go with a 500 ca with about 660 cca still pretty cheap and will have more than enough power to start it in cold weather
