it never ends!

about three weeks ago i found out my 96 cavaliar had a head gasket leak well i fix it bye changing the gasket and i put everything back together the car runs and there is no leak. today i staterd it and when i ac`cerate i can hear a cicking nosie by the iderpully. the plate behind the pully shakes when the trolle is pulled and that is the only time it makes the nosie

what can is be ? also there is black greess all around the pulleys and belt please help me

also it does not happen all the time? are there ant srews that are behind the ider pully that i could have messed?

i pulled the velve cover and part of the gasket was torn off and on the rocker arms
