I have a 90 Cherokee that has no power at all: no buzzer, no lights, no sound, even with the key on, off, start, out, etc. the battery is good and so are the cables.

Start by checking the fuses located under the dash on the drivers side.

Look for a light gold colored relay. The positive cable should go to it. The main fusible links feed from here. Don't over look the grounds. They may also be corroded or disconnected.
