keyless remote

I bought a 04 Intrepid,which came with only one key,I called a dodge dealer and gave my vin # to see if this vech.was already set up to accept additional remotes and transponder keys. Well I received my first remote with instructions but with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas? Do I have wrong instructions? I dont have another key. Just one. Please help!!!

if your trying to progam a skim key you need 2 of them or you have to go to dealer and they use a scan tool and a specific pin # for your car
