I'm assuming you mean the front one, because the rear marker is real easy to get at from underneath.

The front one apears to be buried in there pretty good! I can see the back of the housing from under the hood, but I believe to change out the bulb or replace the marker lens itself you'd have to get at it by removing the plastic panel that is below it. It wraps up into the wheel-well also. You can start at the bottom, and work your way up. Once you have enough of those little plastic expanding-pin retainers removed you should be able to peel it back enough to see in there. You just use a small pliers or nippers to grap the head of the pin and pull it back. They should pop out easily after you relieve the expander. Removing the tire would make this easier I'm sure. thanks.....I was able to replace the burned out bulb...thought that might be causing left turn signal to not work.....no such luck....currently all lights work front and rear and fuse is good but left signal does not blink...right side does...does not fast blink...just nothing...any ideas ?

Hmmm... So the left marker lights are on though right? I just looked how mine operate. There are two separate bulbs in there that are both on when the lights are on, and then they flash alternately when you put on your turn signal.

So do you hear the clicking and see the indicator on your dash when you put on the left signal? Does the rear left signal light function? I am beginning to wonder if you have a bad switch in you steering column... If the indicator is flashing on the dash and the rear light is flashing, then probably not. But if you aren't seeing the green arrow up there for the left, but the right one does, then I'm willing to bet it is in there.

If it is only the left front that isn't flashing, then I would bet it is in the wiring somewhere. I once had a mouse that chewed thru a wire in my headlight harness on my Cadillac. The only way I could figure it out was to get a service manual and follow the troubleshooting guide. Hope this helps!
