thanks for all the advise and help guy/girls. I did wind up selling my del sol and getting a newer car. But i might Still Have to drop buy for questions... My mom bought it. My new-er car ... 2001 Civic EX yeah!

hmmm... yep... and i unhappily totaled my new baby yesterday. man am i sore.
But at least it'm insured and Honda gap protection gives me 1000 towards my new car. Adn i was just starting to like that car.

whoa WHAT?! That's insane... and I'll bet the del Sol is sitting at your mom's house smirking. Damn. That sucks. Crazy enough the same thing happened to me. I sold one of my del Sols (this is like two years ago) and bought a 98 ranger 4x4. Like a week later, just as I was starting to really like the ranger, I got rear ended and the entire rear end of the ranger was demolished. It's weird.
Sucks about the totalling. Damn.

nah this was nasty. Dark raining. Thought the guy was in a different lane and ,....
BAM! hit the side of the car at about 50 mph. I'm fine thankfully. Just really friggin sore. Yeah the del sols in my drive way actually, mom lives with me, but your right. Kinda scary. I dont think i would have wanted to be in that wreck in a del sol. once all the dust settles i'll probably be looking for another honda.

Actually now that i dont have a third car payment , i was thinking of not replacing it.
I'm just waiting to pay off my huigh end cars so i can buy a vette.... oooohhhh... vette... that civic was a nice car. maybe i'll post a pic.
