Sub Box

Hey, I've recently been thinking about putting a 10" sub in the back of my 99 TransAM.

I'd just like to know where I can get a box that will fit in that little nook in the hatch, opposite the spare tire. thanks

Re: Sub Box

Bro I'll be serious with you, I signed up to this forum so I could get my q/a's complete, but nobody wants to post about anything, Ive made about 3 threads, 2 of them had maybe 2-3 posts and the other was viewd 30x without a single post... your not going to get much help here

but If i was you, id try futureshop, they have some pre-made boxes, also where I'm from they make specified boxes for you.

Check out www.subthump.com. They have a bunch of custom subwoofer enclosers for our car.

Found mine on ebay. 50.00 Guy had sold his z28 and was getting rid of the amp/sub/box. I only needed the box. Look their first and then look around on the net. I don't remember what they go for new though.

Maybe your questions were on obscure issues, didn't have enough info., or were just posted at a bad time...There are a few guys here who answer posts all the time and I find to be fairly knowledgeable.

I just read all three of your thread, and in all three you got your answer. In one of them, it only took one post to get your answer, in another a discussion happened. I didnt notice your HI thread or I woulda said hi as well.

JL makes a line of concealed single sub boxes. They have one for 4th gens in that exact area u are looking at. They come with sub too. Not bad, im actually stealing thier idea and having a custom built box go there with a much better sub. JL makes good stuff but this box comes with thier entry level sub.
