2002 Tires
Need 4 new tires for my 2002 Monte Carlo SS. Presently have GoodYear Eagle RS-A, P225/60R16, 97H which are okay but a little expensive. Anyone recomend an alternative or have already had better or worse success after installing another brand?

Re: 2002 Tires
I liked the OEM Goodyears so much i was only able to get 10,000 out of the fronts (should have rotated....). I got 4 Dunlop Sport SP2's (on sale for 500 mounted at Goodyear store) and hated them. The clerk talked me out of buying two OEM tires and getting the 4 Dunlops, which were actullay cheaper than 2 OEMs.
Then I got 4 Yokohama AS430 (550 at NTB), and have loved them through their entire wear cycle. (factory tire sizes on both brands. I couldn't find a plus zero tire that I liked or that came reccomended....)

Re: 2002 Tires
I just got Cooper Touring SLE paid about 109 per tire installed w/ warrenty and all. They are great and have a 70k warrenty on them. I can't say anything bad about them.
